Our Principals have years of experience developing conceptual SD to detailed construction CD estimations ranging from $40 to $100+ Million in construction cost, as well as smaller sized projects. PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION Provide value engineering services to clients who need creative ways to maintain the design intent while getting the construction cost down in order to make a project pencil out in the proforma. We provide owner representation services acting as a liaison between the design team and construction team.
