Overview

Kalabash is a network of Black, Indigenous, and racialized consultants committed to working with organizations and institutions serving marginalized communities to build their capacity and expand their resources. The consultants within Kalabash's network are expertly positioned to bring a nuanced perspective to each project portfolio as we are intimately informed by the challenges and lived experiences of racialized communities. HOW IT WORKS Kalabash provides organizations and institutions serving Black, Indigenous, and racialized communities with access to a network of consultants with expertise including grant writing, business planning, organizational development, DEI training, communication strategies, performance measurements, branding and marketing, and staff development. Consultants are paired with organizations based on areas of need and the scope of support required.
