K.M. Swadia & Company (kms) was established in the year 1975 and is one of the senior most Chartered Accountancy firms in the city of Vadodara. It has been rendering professional services for last about fourty Five years. The legal constitution of kms is partnership. kms has fully equipped infrastructure, trained resources and qualified menpower for the purpose of carrying out professional assignments. The team consists of the five partners and other qualified and semi qualified professionals. We undertake corporate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, concurrent audits, taxation, transfer pricing domestic as well as international, Goods and Service Tax, development of Management Information Systems etc. We have been rendering professional services to large number of public and private companies, multinational companies, charitable trusts, partnership firms, NGO’s etc. We also provide vide range of services to start‐up units. Starting from selection of the right form of business organization, setting up of legal entity, financial structuring of the organization, fund raising, recruitment, advisory with respect to direct and indirect taxes, development of systems and procedures including budgetary control systems, setting up of Management Information Systems etc. The firm has been rendering services to Listed companies and others. We are empanelled with Comptroller and Auditor General of India for the audit of public sector companies. We are also on the panel of the Official Liquidator of the High Court of Gujarat.
