K-CASE Lawyer is headed by Yudistira Adipratama S.H., LL.M, and Valentino Revol Korompis S.H., M.Kn. One of our founders, Yudistira Adipratama, holds a significant role within the esports community, serving as the chairman of the legislation division for the governing body for esports in Indonesia, the Indonesian Esports Federation (Pengurus Besar Esports Indonesia/PBESI) and the chairman of the law and organization division of the Indonesian Video Game Association (Asosiasi Video Game Indonesia/AVGI). He has played a critical role in the drafting of the esports regulations that are currently in place in Indonesia. Our other founder, Valentino Revol Korompis S.H., M.Kn, brings a unique perspective to the table with his background as a former esports athlete. He has represented his province in the CSGO game, bringing an understanding of the inner workings of the industry. He has gained valuable experience working with a prominent law firm in association with Clyde and Co, a top-five world's most prestigious law firm headquartered in London. This experience has provided him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of esports law and the industry's workings.
