Juniper Realty Advisors was formed in 2018 as a family investment office and boutique private equity firm by Managing Principal and President, Jay Rippeto, and Senior Vice President, Dawna Richter. Juniper Realty Advisors was formed to build on Juniper Investment Group’s exceptional operating performance and advance Juniper Investment Group's equity offering expertise. Additionally, Juniper Realty Advisors will seek to identify and offer complementary alternative investment strategies to current investors, high net worth individuals and family offices. We currently offer income producing real estate projects, an oil and gas royalties fund, and various private equity funds and hedge funds with minimum investments from $1,000 to $1,000,000. Generally offered to accredited investors, we provide an "a la carte menu" of unique offerings to allow you to put your long-run funds to work for you. With projected after-tax returns aligned to the risk profile of the investment we are happy to tell you more about this important, growing and uncorrelated investment space.
