October 2, 1996 JSC "City Telecom" was established as a joint company of management company "City", "Comstar-United TeleSystems" and MGTS. The main task for the "CITY TELECOM" was to create all the necessary telecommunications infrastructure for the territory of the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City" and to provide modern competitive telecommunications services to any customer "Moscow City". Today, CITY TELECOM goals have been realized, was built a unique telecommunication network in the "Moscow City" , so "CITY TELECOM" takes a significant share of the telecommunications market in the Business Center "Moscow City". In the same time CITY TELECOM successful experience in telecom services in the all Moscow territory, is building its own network to different business centers.
