Overview

JRG is engaged in manufacturing of plastic automotive components comprising of molded and painted interior and exterior four-wheeler and safety parts, body parts for two wheelers and white good parts for Daikin and Panasonic. On 20th November 2012, present-day named JRG Automotive Industries India Pvt. Ltd., was incorporated under the name Sanko Gosei JRG Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., and emerged as an independent entity on 17th November 2017. Strategically spread across its four units in India, JRG hosts world-class infrastructure comprising of more than 100 fully electric moulding machines ranging from 30T-3500T and five semiautomatic and automatic paint shops with a capacity of painting 25000 parts per day, enabling JRG to produce a variety of parts from small clips to as large as bumpers of cars. JRG has embedded its manufacturing roots in the automotive hubs of India, that is, 3 units in Bawal, Haryana and one in Ahmedabad, Gujarat; and have an upcoming plant in Andhra Pradesh (near Bangalore) to supply to Honda Scooters and Autoliv, and consequently establish a potential business relationship with Kia Motors and Toyota. JRG is mainly involved into catering the domestic requirements of reputed OEMs like Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., Honda Cars India Pvt. Ltd., Autoliv India Pvt. Ltd., Daikin Air-Conditioning India Pvt. Ltd., and Lumax , to name a few. Also, JRG has a diverse export portfolio to countries like Brazil, Turkey and Korea. Furthermore, JRG plans to commence exporting to countries like Mexico and Indonesia in the coming years, and has laid the foundation for technical collaborations with one of leading Japanese manufactures for four-wheeler segment and is in discussion with Thailand’s AMPAS for 2W side-mirror. The company has successfully achieved the ISO/TS 16949:2009 and TUV SUD Management Service GmBH certifications for its plants.
