JOPELI was founded in October 2020, in order to exploit an anticipated recovery of the Greek real estate market. The Company has a low risk investment profile and focuses on the creation of stable and sustainable income from cash flows arising from the management of its assets, in combination with the medium-term forecast for the upward trend of the real estate market in Greece in the near future. Our goals: To develop a satisfactory portfolio of medium-sized real estate, based on strict investment criteria, in areas that, to date, haven’t shown the expected growth, the acquisition of which will be financed by own funds as well as by the conservative use of loan funds.
