We are a group of young professionals who have taken this initiative to bridge the ‘disconnect’ between employers and potential employees in the Indian construction industry. Job KnkT is a feedback based evolving platform with intelligent filters to connect recruiter to potential employee. How does Job KnkT work? Job KnkT collects data from candidates looking for jobs using intelligent filters and categorises them under various subheads. This data gets deleted on 14th and last day of every month and a candidate needs to provide the data again on 15th and 1st of every month to stay active on the platform. Job KnkT shares this data with verified recruiters. A recruiter can login from anywhere anytime to see the real-time data in sub categories assigned to him/ her. Questionnaire based intelligent filters help to shortlist the candidates based on the requirement. If required sub filters may be used to further shortlist the candidates. This organised data can be downloaded in excel sheet format and used to contact the candidate and schedule interviews. Feedback We would like to urge all of you to provide your valuable suggestions improve this platform. We believe that no suggestion is small and we take every feedback seriously. It may range from adding more filters, adding more values to the filters to doing this in a completely different way on a different software/ service.
