Overview

Building confidence through Job Interview Practice Simulations With hundreds of jobs and thousands of questions, job interviewees practice with AI Virtual Humans to gain confidence and skills to be better prepared for real-world interviews and their future careers. With both behavioural and skills-based questions, learners repetitively practice through computer-based WebXR technology, self-reflect through transcript review (audio/text) and seek feedback from mentors on their performance. Job seekers practice interviews with our Virtual Human (AI) characters who have diverse characteristics and personality traits. One interviewer may be pleasant and friendly, while another could be direct or distracted. This prepares the job seeker for the diversity they will face in real-world interviews. Virtro’s Job Interview Simulations are designed for secondary students, post-secondary students, newcomer and settlement programs and career transition and retraining programs.
