JHT Holdings, Inc. operates through its subsidiaries, Auto Truck Transport USA, Inc., Active USA, Inc., Unimark Truck Transport, Inc., Mexicana Logistics, S.A. de C.V., and ATC Transportation, Inc. We utilize a network of over 20 terminals located adjacent to key OEM plants and are the exclusive decked-truck transportation service provider to the six OEMs of large trucks.
