Overview

The John Molson Human Resources and Management Association (JHMA), is an organization led by a group of dynamic students who share a common goal of optimizing the HR and Management student experience at the John Molson School of Business. JHMA's mission is to brings as many opportunities to our student body. This is done through organizing professional, social and academic events and programs in order to expose students to the Human Resources and Management industries. Our aim is to narrow the gap between students, the Management faculty, as well as Management and HR professionals in the industry. We also offer platforms to connect students to the CHRP Quebec Order (CRHA) in order to attain a professional designation. We want to open doors for students' careers along with providing them with all the necessary information to achieve their goals in the HR and Management field. Our vision as an association is to enrich the student life at the John Molson School of Business by offering them guidance, tools and opportunities to jump start their professional careers upon graduation.
