J&H Commercial specialise in the repair and installation of mechanical engineering, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) as well as Electrical and Catering requirements. From preventative maintenance programs and building management systems to retrofits and large installation projects, J&H Commercial works closely with its customers to design and develop energy efficient, cost effective and sustainable installations and maintenance regimes. Realising the potential for growth in Maitland and having the drive to meet that demand, J&H Commercial are now based in Spitfire Place, in the Rutherford Industrial Area. J&H Commercial employ a team of excellent technicians and administration staff.
