Jeneil Biotech was founded in 1995 by Dr. N. R. Gandhi and his wife, Josephine. Management still lies within the family. Even the company name runs in the family; it is made up of the first names of the two children - Jennifer and Neil. Dr. Gandhi is an internationally recognized expert in microbiology and dairy processing. He has been a pioneer in the development of enzyme modified cheeses, natural flavors, specialized cultures, and processing methods. Jeneil is the largest privately held supplier of natural dairy flavors, Enzyme Modified Cheeses (EMC), butter and cream flavors in North America. Our products are manufactured according to strict manufacturing principles and confirmed to meet the highest levels of purity. Advanced flavor technology, economic value and customer service are the cornerstones of our growing business. Jeneil is a primary supplier of frozen and freeze-dried Cultures, Antimicrobials, Biosurfactants, and other unique products that are developed and produced for partners in the food, nutraceutical, and agro-industrial markets. Jeneil offers an entire vegan line of products including liquids, powders, concentrates, pastes, and functional ingredients with exceptional dairy flavors. Jeneil is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Natural Flavor Chemicals. In 2008 Jeneil expanded its international presence to the European continent, founding Jeneil BioProducts near Rosenheim, Germany. This addition has allowed Jeneil to better service its many customers in Europe and beyond. The U.S. plant offers a significant line of Kosher and Halal-certified products manufactured in the FDA, USDA-approved plant.
