Founded after the purchase of a cool little coffee shop in 2010. The business is located in the old Tremont train depot. The baker is Amanda Novak. The Coffee Shop Manager is Brenton Novak. The Chef is L J Rossi and associates are Melanie Gritzmacher and Katie Foster. We have on site catering facilites for up to 45 people. For Offsite catering we have the ability to handle groups of 500 or more.
