Overview

Jastok has launched a new SAAS system that can be easily connected to any Customer Support center or Hospital, allowing operators/doctors to turn any incoming call into a video session + to see the user's location on a map if required with no need to install any app by the user. The system also allows users to pre-schedule video meetings with relevant representatives. It also supports the management of all historical records and it completely retains user privacy.
