We are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire but are able to offer a Nationwide Claims Service for the Insurance and Legal Market. Our true belief is that Your success is Our success so we offer all of our Clients far more than an agent with limited experience performing a tick box excercise. We know and fully understand the intricacy of civil litigation and recovering compensation through the Court system. We will fully review the evidence available to ensure that the right questions are asked of your Client to enable us to prepare documents that will assist the case rather than simply allowing compliance of Court orders. We have a highly skilled work force that have worked in either Solicitor’s personal injury departments or claims teams within leading insurers who have dealt with all type of claims; motor, employer and public liability. We have the same demands of our support team meaning that the secretaries have all worked in leading law firms too. Because of this we understand not only Your needs, but the needs of Your Client, the work provider, the accident management company, the credit hire company processes and also the insurance company demands.
