We started humble; gathered as an EO team specialized in job fairs for Japanese company. Each of the team member has a decade of experience in career services, vast network to multiple business and industries, and privileged access to the source of talents from all over Indonesia. Japan Career Days in Indonesia has an ultimate goal in mind: Project Happyness. This project bridge Japanese companies seeking for the best talents and candidates looking for the best career opportunities in Japan or Japanese company. What started as a small business of organizing job fair events, now rapidly expanding to other areas: career preparation program, job portal, partnership program providing scholarship to attend Japan job fair overseas, and soon, online learning.
