JapanTKY intends to be leading in European ladies fashion by being innovative and by exceeding all expectations in every way: *We were founded in 2012 and we managed to start a successful partnership with over 70 retail partners since then. *Satisfied consumers are returning to our retailpartners ready for a repeat-transaction. *We are creating future vintage and are waiving the current mentality to treat fashion as a disposable. *As an open organisation we want to fullfill the continuous developing demands of the self-conscious woman. JapanTKY’s package of Corporate Social Responsibility is build up out of 3 pillars of responsibility: 1. Social responsibility Honesty and openness towards our suppliers and all other stakeholders should make us a company to work with for a longer period. We select our suppliers close to our markets; a shorter leadtime means a lower risk which affords us to pay honest salaries to the ladies “behind-the-machines”. 2. Environmental responsibility This means we are constantly aware of our environment and we try our utmost to minimize the impact of our process on it. Our products last longer than one season only. 3. Ethical responsibility We are always part of the solution, rather than the problem. This implies a constantly striving towards improvements of our process.
