At JACC Sports we partner with leading global brands to act as a distributor, an agent or a licensee for the Irish and Northern Irish market places. JACC Sports are the leading turn-key business solution for any brand wishing to secure its place at any level of Irish retail. The brands that we currently work with include New Balance, Umbro, BLK, Superga, Pure Athlete, PlayerLayer, Under Armour, Funkita, Maru. We are constantly evolving as a company and we are always happy to discuss new go to market opportunities with global and local brands across any section of the sports and fashion apparel, footwear or accessories industries. We started as a family business distributing Umbro in Ireland and we are now Ireland’s Premier supplier of sports, outdoor and fashion brands to retail Our business was founded in 1989 as a distributor for Umbro, and after two successful years the business was changed to become an Umbro Licensee, allowing the business to be more market specific. As a licensee; we began to design and source its own products, product that suits the Irish market better than a generic international range. With the change to licensee we could also negotiate our own sponsorship deals and formulate our own marketing strategies and platforms. The signing of the Irish National Football team (FAI) in 1994 was a big moment in our company history, that contract that has successfully been renewed 4 times and the current deal runs until 2020. Other contracts we hold with in the business are for Connacht Rugby through our BLK brand, Shamrock Rovers with New Balance and St. Patrick’s Athletic with Umbro. We also hold hundreds of junior club deals across a spectrum of sports with our various brands.
