The IT Asset Management Organisation (ITAMOrg) is a new professional member organisation for individuals and organisations of every size: public and as well as private. We want to involve any and all aspects of IT Asset Management (ITAM) from Software-, Hardware -, Mobile-, Services-, People & Information Asset Management to the life cycle processes that underlines ITAM. Customers in many sectors are placing an ever-greater reliance on IT and wondering how to deal with IT Hardware Assets, IT Software Assets and Mobile Assets. These companies are repeatedly challenged by IT suppliers in relation to compliance, and the transition into a cloud-services delivery model is only adding to the complexity in handling the value and control of IT assets. ITAMOrg facilitates networks where knowledge and experience can be shared thus enabling the members, in a structured way, to benefit from the experience of others in their projects and future development and understanding.
