To start, we post property videos every week in my profile, Ortolan Max. And we post here too for just a couple of weeks. Whilst here we keep all useful general video-slides. Italy Property Investment has been created by a team of professionals with the aim to help foreigners to buy properties in Italy either for holiday, living accommodation, or for investment. It is the joint effort of Pacchini Real Estate in Pisa, and Max Concept Italia teams of professionals. PACCHINI REAL ESTATE was founded back in 1972 by Piero Pacchini, than in 1991 joined the company his son Marco, that still manage the operations today, joined by a team of Associated Agents. Since 2010, is part of The Link Glocal Network, a community of 40+ Real Estate agencies in Pisa and surrounding areas in Tuscany, that share property listing and information, in order to offer the widest selection of listing available, and helping customers in review and analyse what can be the best purchase for them. MAX CONCEPT ITALIA instead is a consulting company created by Max Ortolan, to follow projects and businesses globally. He and his wife Lina, have wide experience in running businesses internationally and living as expats.
