ITA Automotive Service Partner e. V. bietet die Platform zum Austausch führender IT-Unternehmen mit der Automobilindustrie, um Prozesse zu digitalisieren, innovative Lösungen zu erarbeiten und neue Standards zu definieren. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren kooperieren wir dabei mit den Mitgliedern des VDA e.V. und ODETTE International Ltd. und freuen uns auch zukünftig aktiv den technologischen Wandel und die Grundlage für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Automobilindustrie mit zu gestalten. Connected autonomous vehicle are no longer science fiction; they are the object of mid-term strategies. Software has be- come as much an integral part of our thinking as the hardware on four wheels. What is now true for our products has been true for our processes for many years. The automotive supply chain is highly efficient due the continued efforts of OEMs, suppliers, and IT service providers to create interfaces, to connect parties, to establish secure data chan- nels. The physical supply chain is now totally dependent on the vir- tual supply chain. Since its foundation, ODETTE has been working to optimize the virtual supply chain and has successfully implemented digitalization projects with all stakeholders. We appreciate the work of ITA and the IT service providers in this process and wish to thank them for a very successful cooperation. H.
