Established in 2015 in Ibiza, IT Restaurants represent founder Alessio Matrone’s unique vision of combining carefully curated music, best-in-class Mediterranean cuisine, and contemporary interiors in cosmopolitan destinations. Now with restaurants in Ibiza, Milan, London, Porto Cervo, and Tulum, IT’s menus are created by the two MICHELIN Starred chef Nino Di Costanzo. In 2019, the daily efforts to grow and achieve excellence were awarded to the first MICHELIN Star of the group at IT Milan, then reconfirmed in 2020. IT is considered ‘a place to be’ for those seeking high-quality food in a happening atmosphere with upbeat music; in prime locations of trendy destinations such as Ibiza, London, Milan, Porto Cervo, Tulum. In the pipeline, there are quite a few openings for the group in 2021, among them the acclaimed island of Mykonos. Over the years, IT Restaurants has become synonymous with Italy’s gastronomic excellence and the Balearic Islands’ vibrancy. Our service is provided by highly qualified personnel, from chefs, waiters to supervisors and sommeliers. IT holds a shining MICHELIN Star awarded to the restaurant in Milan; it was secured within just a few months of the opening, brightening the whole group and its team of incredibly talented chefs. That accolade spoke to the success of IT’s unique concept, which has culinary excellence at its core and the music, energy, and spirit of the Mediterranean. The event created an incredible buzz in the media, a lot of excitement in associating a MICHELIN Star to a more unconventional and happening restaurant.
