IT service provider, which handles any IT-related jobs including administrative support and research by utilizing IT. We basically provide consultation for purchasing and/or upgrading IT environment, installation, setup, troubleshooting, and technical writing. Our targets are IT beginners and SOHO (small offices and home offices) which do not hire IT personnel. You may come up with somebody who needs our service even if you do not. We would call our service IT firefighter or personal help desk.
