The Indian Society for Technical Education is the leading national non-profit professional body consisting of nearly 40,000 engineering teachers and academicians. With more than 400 members, the ISTE Student Chapter of Government Engineering College Barton Hill is one of the most active technical societies on campus, organising a multitude and variety of events for students of all branches. “Bartonoidz”, the college Robotics Club under ISTE SC, the very soul of the chapter, aims at gearing up members’ technical potential, prowess and ideas. Bartonair is yet another club under the chapter for aviation enthusiasts. Hosting the 18th Annual ISTE State Student Convention and winning the Best Student Chapter Under the ISTE Kerala Section, this academic fraternity fulfils ISTE’s main objective for the overall development of technical education.
