I have over 25 years’ experience at the helm of reputed brands across a diverse range of industries, within which I’ve developed an aptitude and a passion for aligning people and brands with business objectives to deliver significant growth in revenue and market position within the Scale-ups and SME sector and funding. I’ve launched highly successful start-ups as well as turned around underperforming operations to become valuable profit generators. I achieve this through the identification of opportunities for greater efficiency, strategy and marketing, and I’ve also led large-scale business transformations to enable these to be realised. As a result, I’ve delivered substantial improvements to revenue, customer retention and investment.
