ISH & CO is a creative agency that is built upon a simple marriage - QUALITY x SPEED The founder of the company, Ish, was a former medical student turned entrepreneur. As a novice business person he quickly realized that the art of communication was critical and in todays age there is not a more efficient way of mass communication than that through digital means. Following his departure from medical school, he cofounded a fashion brand called Rastah which works with disenfranchised artisans in South Asia. Since the brands inception in 2018, it has been featured in publications such as Forbes, BBC News, Hypebeast, as well as worn by celebrities such as French Montana. Combined with his personal start up experiences, Ismail worked with other small businesses working under high pressure environments with frankly minimal to no marketing budgets. Knowing the struggles of other small business owners, he developed a proprietary management software which partnered with two other established marketing softwares which allowed small brands to manage & execute consistently with data driven recommendations for under $100/Month. The software currently has over 10,000 active users. ISH & CO now runs as a sixteen person team & turns consistent & effective media coupled with intelligent advertising into scalable long term branding.
