Overview

In 2007, Doug and Dionne Irvine, along with Doug’s sister Kelly and her husband Duane Roberts, began planting grapevines on a pristine vineyard site at the convergence of the Cascade and the Siskiyou mountain ranges in the Rogue Valley A.V.A. This high-elevation site is layered with complex sedimentary soils and influenced by winds from the Cascade Mountains. The Irvine & Roberts families practice organic farming and production methods while also committing to ecological sustainability, maintaining L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe certification and collaborating with local ecologists to create pollinator habitat. Winemaker Brian Gruber brings an extraordinary breadth of winemaking in the Rogue Valley and a commitment to making extraordinary Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Irvine & Roberts is committed to crafting wines of quality that reflect the soil, climate, and vintage. Always striving for excellence, our principal focus is to create Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of honest character and geographical identity.
