ISL is regulated by The Securities Commission of The Bahamas and is licensed as a Financial Services Provider under the provisions of the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, 2000. ISL is also licensed and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas under the Securities Industry Act, 2011 (“SIA”), Investment Funds Act, 2003 (“IFA”).
