We don’t believe "fitness training" as imagined by the modern American health club: the mindless repetitions on the weight machines, halfhearted crunches, daytime TV during the treadmill. We’re rubbed the wrong way watching you “shake hands” and confess to the nice trainer that you don't really have a clue how to use a gym but that you’re into outdoor sports and want to stay fit enough to have fun on weekends. This is because we know they’ll just nod a lot and pretend to take notes. Then they'll measure your body fat with some high-tech-looking device and then ask you lots of questions, ultimately convincing you to hire them twice a week. We're daring to shape the future of human performance and potential. Personal freedom, a better quality of life, and optimal human performance can be achieved through an alternate training experience, objective performance metrics, and access to quality trainers.
