Established in 2018, Intio Emerging Ventures is a middle market investment firm headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, with offices in New York, London, and Singapore. The firm has 10 investment professionals and has invested over $120 million in eight mining and commodities companies. Intio Emerging Ventures has five core investment sectors: mining, energy, infrastructure, industrial technologies, and software and technology. Through its Buy & Build approach, the firm works with management teams to accelerate growth and improve profitability through a combination of operational improvements and add-on acquisitions. Intio Emerging Ventures is currently investing out of its syndicated $500 million fund, which was raised in 2021. Approximately half of the firm's AUM Intio Emerging Ventures also specializes in early-stage start-up businesses with a middle market cap and invests in companies and projects at various stages of their lifecycle as long as they meet our commitment to societal impact as well as financial returns.
