International SEVA is a U.S.A. registered 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit to uplift and educate special needs children, nourish the hungry, and together brighten livelihoods. Our clients residing in rural areas face multiple challenges from stigma/depression/isolation, lack of education (not aware what & where special services and therapies are available), lack of moral/emotional support (need a nurturing environment), and hunger/malnutrition. AT NO COST: OUR ACTIVITIES: 1. Support, Embrace, Value, Accept (SEVA) each Special Soul as they are in their own journey of life. Treat them with dignity & respect. 2. For 5-17 yrs quality education, inclusive & equal learning opportunities, we provide non-toxic, motivational, & durable education materials, arts/craft kits, and introduce technology. Repetitive teachings for each child to blossom. 3. Alleviate hunger, malnutrition & promote wellness by providing produce, groceries/snacks, and healthy American/Ethnic meals to underprivileged, homeless shelters. 4. Provide hygiene kits & clothing for poverty relief & moral support. 5. Reduce darkness, ignorance, multiple challenges through advocacy and awareness, training, and mentorship (one on one or in a group). 6. Encourage parents to continue therapies, early intervention to individualized/educational programs for growth & development, and create a loving environment for the child’s well-being. Many parents lack motivation, family/neighbor support and avoid regular medical checkups due to cost. 7. Promote social integration. We refer clients to local day centers, specialized education, homeless shelters, health and medical needs, social skills classes and State Programs for food (SNAP). 8. With dedication and compassion, restore individuals’ self-belief of how special they are. In return they teach us Patience, Attitude, Kindness, and Humbleness. 9. Raise awareness in society that All special children have the same needs, wants and desires as each one of us.
