Headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, The International Centre for Environmental Management (ICEM) is an independent technical service centre that helps governments, private sector and communities throughout the Asia-Pacific region define and implement policies for ecologically sustainable development. We provide technical advisory services on climate change adaptation, water resources management, biodiversity conservation, disaster risk reduction, sustainable energy development, and environmental assessments. ICEM’s work has been recognized for excellence through several international awards including from the International Association of Impact Assessment, United Nations, OECD, and USAID.
