Overview

The SMART process, Surface Mechanical Alloy Retort Treatment, creates a new and very dense surface mechanical modified alloy on the substrate presented. The surface is nano-crystalline, improving all surface properties, fatigue, hardness, tensile strength, thermal insulation, and wearability and has an amorphous grain structure. This newly available technology will soon be available in Conroe, Texas. Where we have already begun steps to being a vendor for many OEMs in the oil industry, solar industry, rail, hydrogen, and chemical industry. We plan to provide service needs to many industries and also be a research and development center for the potential thousands of different combinations of semi-metals, transition metals, and metals, now able to be combined and applied for new surface mechanical modifications in alloys.
