The establishment of IPRC Gishari aims at expanding access to technical skills and knowledge to Rwandan community in line with the Government policies (EDPRS and NEP) to achieve the National Strategy for Transformation, etc. The school opened its doors on March 18th, 2013 and was officially launched on November 28th, 2013. Currently, the school has different programmes at Advanced Diploma and Vocational Training levels: - Civil Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Agricultural Engineering - Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Vocational Training Programme
