The Institute of Presilience® (IoP) is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO #4785) that was established in 2021 to further the growth of the Presilience® concept and provide nationally and internationally recognized education in the fields of Presilience®, risk management, crisis management, communication, leadership, organisational culture, and related disciplines. Backed by decades of PhD-level research in psychology of risk, leadership, behavioural science, neuroscience, safety and security, the courses and qualifications offered at IoP offer the modern-day practitioner the tools, skills and mindset to overcome the challenges of, and thrive in, today's volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
