Institute of Nonverbal Communication is an Austrian-Polish company that combines psychological and training knowledge on nonverbal communication with a practical command of emotion recognition technology for measuring facial expressions. We are specialized in trainings and consultancy on behavioral profiling (behavioral analysis) - useful not only for security officers but also for negotiators, recruiters, managers and salespeople. We consult installations and implementation of the technology in the largest companies from the hotel, banking, service, and retail industries. Our commercial research on emotions focuses also on advertising, election films, and evaluation of customer experience.
