Overview

The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) is a member institute of the School of Advanced Study, University of London. The role of the IALS is to conduct research; to promote and facilitate, within London and internationally, research and scholarship at an advanced level across the whole field of law and to disseminate the results of such research and scholarship. The Institute library is one of the leading law libraries in Europe with over 300,000 items and thousands of e-resources available to members.
