The IFS Team is devoted to the mission of helping people to achieve a more athletic body, while improving their health in the long term. In addition to the two gyms we own, we offer organizing corporate events with the participation of Ines Subashka. The main focus in these events is healthy lifestyle. We want to show that looking good and being in perfect shape is not an unachievable goal. We organize seminars for nutrition or movement in both Bulgarian and English. We can also organize outdoor or indoor workouts for your employees.
