Claims Assist is the premier risk management solution and claim prevention tool for Professional Home Inspectors. Started by Joseph Denneler, Esquire in 2014 as an “add on” service, Claims Assist became a stand-alone business in 2016 and has continued to grow immensely. The idea behind Claims Assist is a simple one: help Home Inspectors with one of the single biggest challenges they face – potential claims on their professional E&O policies. Many people find themselves in a situation where they’re forced to either report a meritless but potentially damaging claim to their insurance carrier or hire someone from outside their company to respond on their behalf. Often these third parties are not experts and do they have the capability to accurately analyze the true issue in question and respond in a timely fashion. Claims Assist seeks to bridge that gap by responding on your behalf to disgruntled clients/demand letters, potentially working with your insurance carrier and keep them abreast of the situation without it affecting your premium.
