Our firm has insight, knowledge, and experience in the construction industry. We specialize in construction management, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, contract administration, and general contracting. As an owner’s representative we have managed large scale construction projects for international mixed use developments, master planned communities, site civil works, and utilities both in the US and Bahamas. As General Contractors we have built luxury custom homes, beach clubs, and commercial projects to include educational and municipal facilities, specialized classrooms, fire stations, libraries, banks, office complexes, strip malls and medical offices. We are based in Freeport, Grand Bahama, and can operate throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean. Our clients are developers, homeowners, municipalities, governments, investors, private equity firms, banks, real estate brokers, engineers and visionaries.
