Crown Asia Sales Specialist, Inc. (CASSI) is an in-house sales network group of Vista Residences, Inc. (VRI) and Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. (VLL). Named after Crown Asia Properties, Inc. (CAPI), one of the brands under VLL, CASSI was originally formed in 2006 to sell house and lot developments in Mega Manila. Due to the emerging market demand for condominium developments, however, this group of competitive sellers took the challenge of standing as an independent sales group in 2007. Since then, CASSI has become a leading sales partner of VRI. From a small number of not more than 10 sales agents, it has grown bigger and stronger over the years. CASSI is now considered one of the biggest sales network groups of highly driven and ambitious sales professionals, committed to make Vista Residences, Inc. one of the strongest leaders in condominium housing.
