IBT is a producer and installer of prefabricated multi-trade building components serving General Contractors and Client in the Southwest USA. Our services include complete turnkey services, including: PRECONSTRUCTION (1) estimating (2) coordination between affected trades, and (3) shop drawings; PREFABRICATION AND OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION (1) wall and floor panels (2) plumbing, electrical, and HVA trades, and (3) WRB and window installation; and INSTALLATION AND ERECTION.
