Overview

Our company has a strong western background - this comes from Faith Pandian, a New Zealander, who first travelled to India in 1994 and founded her first Indian travel business soon after. The company has been growing ever since and we've taken immense pride and pleasure from assisting thousands of people from all over the world to make their Indian travel dreams come true ever since. Faith's passion for India led to her leading small groups on tours of south and north India for several years. Over the years, and after meeting and marrying Pandian, a native of Madurai, the company has grown into what it is today- a strongly customer-focussed organisation with the primary goal of offering the highest possible standards of customer care and service to all our clients from around the world. Pandian is the managing director of the company and continues to implement industry-leading standards across the Indian Panorama family. Right across our team, from the tour planners whose passion is to create the perfect tailor-made trip for each client, to our operations people who make everything happen behind the scenes to the drivers who are our finest ambassadors, both for the company and for India, we are united in our desire to showcase India, in all her splendour, to as many people as possible. Our reputation for attention to detail and industry-leading back-office systems is unbeatable. Over the past two decades the company has since grown. Indian Panorama has offices in cities throughout India, yet at heart we are still the family company we were when it all began. We remain at heart a small, caring organisation which values each and every member of our team and carry this ethos into our dealings with clients as well.
