Independent Madikwe Foundation Reg No: 2021/329059/08 is a 100% South African, black owned, youth operated non-profit entity with majority shares retained by women. The Foundation run by a group of young entrepreneurs are skilling, re-skilling and upskilling unemployed youth through various programs prioritizing youth under 35years of age from disadvantaged communities as well as vulnerable youth. The Foundation’s core focus is within the Graphic Design/IT and Media Sectors. Our programs are a unique form of training, combining Work Integrated Learning (WIL), which enables unemployed learners to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies required to transition successfully into the workplace. Madikwe meaning “Africa in its Majesty”; like its name the aim of the Foundation is to serve with greatness, dignity, honour and excellence!
