InclusionZ is an emerging platform that strives to bridge the gap between corporations & the newest workforce to enter the industry – Gen Z. Gen Z is different from the previous generations. What worked in the past may not fit now. As companies today are heavily dependent on millennials, they’re struggling to adapt their marketing, recruitment strategies, & overall identity to appeal to the next generation.
