Inc is a change agency and design support lab. We apply a human-centered approach to inform meaningful innovation and systemic change. We understand that it takes an ecosystem of thinking partners, collaborators and allies to achieve real change and co-create a better world - inclusive of everyone’s story. We believe in eco-systems. We believe in economies of wellbeing. We believe that shared stories are catalysts for change. Thought Partners: We work as thought partners at the early stages of a project to co-design a project strategy with our clients, identifying research objectives and design interest areas. Research Partners: Through interviews & participatory workshops, we generate user insights, capture ideas & facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. Co-design Support: We are custodians of the insights we gather and work with our clients during the prototyping process to ensure that insights are applied in the design. We tell the story: Final insight reports are clear, visual & accessible. High quality video can also be produced as an additional or alternative deliverable on request.
