1. Design and development of Food Safety, Quality & Environmental Management Systems in food industry sector against international certification standards such as: a.ISO 22000:2005, b. BRC Global Standard for Food Safety / BRC Agents & Brokers, c. IFS Food / IFS broker, d.FSSC 22000, e. ISO 9001, f.ISO14001 2. Design and development of Integrated Crop Management Systems in agricultural sector (Farmer Groups & Agricultural Cooperatives) against national and international certification standards such as: a.GLOBALG.A.P. Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA) Standard (International Standard), b. AGRO 2 Integrated Management Systems in the Agricultural Production (National Standard) 3. Design and development of Food Safety and/or Integrated Crop Management Systems in agri-food sector against private certification standards such as: a. TFMS / TPPS - Tesco Standards for food processors, b.TN(10) - Tesco NURTURE Scheme for Fruits & Vegetables farmers / suppliers, c.Other retail protocols (Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s) 4. Design and development of Social Practice and Ethical trading related certification schemes in agricultural and food processing sector such as: a. GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice (GRASP), b. Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code 5. Implementation of 1st & 2nd party audits in food industries as external Food Safety specialists. 6. Provision of scientific and technical assistance as external food safety consultants in agricultural and food processing sector. 7. Implementation of annual training programs in Farmer Groups and individual producers against Integrated Crop & Pest Management principles, Soil & Irrigation Management, Fertilizers & Plant Protection Products use and application requirements, Health & Safety in farm
