Overview

The mission of the Imperial Calcasieu Society Of Human Resource Management (ICSHRM) is to serve human resource professionals, organizations, and the community at large. The communities we serve include Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis, Beauregard, and Allen. Throughout these communities, we provide professional development to everyone, from newcomers to the field to those who have many years of experience. These professional developments are events that include today's workplace issues such as hiring, healthcare, minimum wage, employee relations, among others.
